We understand that plans can change. As a courtesy to our clients and to respect our appointment times, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $150 cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and the time of our other clients.
